Taking the order

  • You can pick up the shipment personally at the selected address. If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, GLS will send you a message with instructions on where you can collect the package or who you can contact to have the package delivered to you again.

 

Delivery throughout Europe

  • Our partners deliver the packages to the address specified when sending the order. You can add any number of different delivery addresses to your profile. This means that you can choose the appropriate delivery location for each order.
  • Since the delivery service delivers products during working hours, you can also choose to deliver to any other name or address - for example, to your workplace. If delivery to the official address is selected, the delivery person will deliver the package to the person authorized to pick up the parcels in the company.
  • If at the time of delivery you are not at the intended location (company, office, hospital, student dormitory, etc.), the delivery person will leave a message with instructions for further action. It is usually enough to visit the nearest collection point, and you can also call them to have the package delivered again for free.

 

Dealing with damaged shipments (compensation)

  • If, after GLS delivers the package to you, you find that the product or the physical shipment is damaged, that something is missing from the shipment, or that the shipment has visible signs of opening, you can start a claim for compensation. Damage must be reported within 8 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package by e-mail [email protected]. To report damage, we will also need photos of the package, packaging (inside and outside), the damaged product and the GLS label, as well as a description of the damage. You can also arrange with the clerk to pick up the damaged package at your address.
