How to make an order?
To order, add the desired item to the shopping cart on the product page and click the "Complete shopping" button in the top right corner of the page. The page will then take you to the conclusion of the purchase where by completing the required data in 3 steps you complete the purchase. Of course, before we finish shopping, we recommend reading our terms of purchase.
Do I have to register?
You do not have to register for a purchase on our site, but by registering you will make it easier to fill out purchasing data and save time, you will be able to keep track of all your purchases all the benefits and actions and, of course, we will never share your information.
Forgot password - What do you do?
Click on the login link and there you will find a forgotten password link that will send you a new password to your email address with which you registered on our site .
How I can pay?
We currently offer credit / debit cards: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. However, if you do not have a card or you would prefer to pay by other means, you can pay Internet Banking to our bank account (we'll send you an order as soon as payment becomes visible) or by PayPal.
How secure is card payment over the Internet?
When paying for the Modeline web shop, the most up-to-date data protection standards apply - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. What is Modeline Club Loyalty Program?
Regardless of whether you shop at the Modeline store or at the web shop, the Modeline Club's loyalty program offers a number of benefits to loyal customers. By collecting points per system 1 euro = 1 point, you get a lot of benefits and discounts when purchasing.
The owner of the Modeline Club Card can become any person who buys a purchase in one of our Modeline stores or via a webshop.
If you become a member via online purchase, you will receive a virtual membership card with a unique number on the email.
If you are from Zagreb and its surroundings, you will also receive a physical card to collect points and online shopping.

How much costs shipping / postage?
For orders over 70 € the shipping is free. What size to order?
The vast majority of our products are of standard sizes and our customers usually buy the size that suits them. If you have any doubt about the size, please see the size info next to the product or contact us freely and we will be happy to provide you with more detailed information.
In which period can I make a complaint to the ordered product?
You are required to submit a complaint within the law deadline.
If I notice that the product I bought is not for me, can I return it?
Of course! If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased at Modeline Online Shop, you are eligible for a claim within the legal deadline. You can submit an objection via the form or send us an email with the (Order No.) at email@example.com . In case of complaint, the buyer is obliged to return the product at its expense within the agreed deadline. The complaint will be considered valid if the product review is found to comply with the terms of the complaint in accordance with the Mandatory Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. In that case, we will replace the product within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint or return the entire amount paid. If, however, we find that the claim is invalid, that is, if we reject the complaint, you will have to pay 12 eur for the goods to be returned to your home address.
If I return the product will I get back the full amount I paid?
If the Product Review finds that the returned goods are undamaged in the original packaging, we will refund the full amount to the current account or credit card without delivery).
Can the product purchased at the Modeline shop be returned and replaced with some other items?
Yes, you can! Contact our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will give you instructions howt to do it.
In what time period I have right to ask for a replacement product?
You must request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the package.
What does a wire transfer payment mean?
Wire transfer payment means a payment via internet banking or a general payer in any bank or post. When you choose to pay a wire transfer in the purchase process, you will be sent all the details for the payment to the email. For help you can always contact us at email@example.com.
