100 days to return (from receipt of shipment)

 

Return in store

  • We recommend that web buyers return the item FREE of charge to the Modeline store within 100 days.
  • When returning the product, it is mandatory to attach the receipt.
  • If you decided to pay with a payment card during an online purchase, we will return the purchase to the card number with which you paid for the online purchase. Usually, the refund to your card can take 2 working days or more - it depends on the bank where you have an account.
  • The refund is made via a form in which you must enter the account number (IBAN) to which you wish the refund.
  • Certain requests are processed at the company headquarters. Your request will be processed as soon as possible, and we will return your money within 14 days of processing the request.
  • Refunds within 100 days for purchased products are only available to web customers.

Return by mail (web purchases only)

  • Pack the items in packaging that is suitable for transport (we suggest you use the transport packaging you received the package in, as it is adapted for returning the product). The original packaging of the product containing the footwear must not be damaged or covered with adhesive tape.
  • Send the item you are returning to Modeline - WEB SHOP - Returns Department, Slavonska avenija 3, 10000 Zagreb.
  • Send the package via selected postal/delivery services.

Return cost

  • The only cost to the consumer in connection with withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the item if he chooses to exchange by mail.
  • The consumer pays the costs of returning the goods to the selected delivery service he chooses to send the package to our address. Costs are always borne by the buyer. We do not accept ransom shipments.

What kind of product can I return?

  • The consumer must return the product to the trader undamaged, unworn, unused and in unaltered quantity and in original packaging (original packaging). The consumer may not use the products freely until the contract is withdrawn. The product cannot be returned without the undamaged original packaging.

How will you compensate me for the cost of the returned product?

  • The amount of payments made (only the returned item) will be returned as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract and from the receipt of the item.
  • In the case of a partial refund (when you want to return only the selected products from your order), the customer will be refunded only the amount of the returned product, not the postage (if we charge you for delivery).
  • When canceling the contract when a discount code was used, these funds are considered a discount and only the amount paid is returned to the user.
  • The refund of the payments made is carried out after we have physically received all the products that are the subject of the return and checked whether they meet the conditions specified in the section "What product can I return".

Product damage during delivery

  • If a package was delivered to you by GLS and you find that the item or physical shipment is damaged, missing contents, or showing signs of being opened, you can initiate a claim for compensation. Damage must be reported within 8 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package na elektroničku poštu [email protected]. When reporting damage, we will need i photos of the package, (inner) packaging, damaged product and GLS label as well as a description of the damage. You can also arrange with the clerk to pick up the damaged package at your address.

Who is a web customer?

Web customers are all customers who did not have contact with the product when purchasing. You are all web buyers
customers who made a purchase on the online store and chose one of the following methods
payment and delivery:

  • Payment by card via the Internet & delivery to the selected address
  • Payment with PayPal & delivery to the selected address

The web buyer has the right to return the item within 100 calendar days without giving a reason
for refund. The return period begins 1 day after the issued invoice for your order.
